Setting Your Monitor Refresh Rate
Windows 2000/XP:
Right-click on the Desktop and choose
Properties to open the
Display Properties.
Click on the
Settings tab.
Click on the
Advanced button.
You will need to change the Refresh rate under the
Monitor tab and under the
Adapter tab to have the same values for the system.
Start with the lowest refresh rate and test the game.
You may increase the refresh rate and test again until you are happy with the results.
