Notes:
- To download the game software, please log into your World of Warcraft account page at https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/download_wow.html. Select the appropriate PC or Mac download link and save this file to your system. Once the file has been downloaded, double click on the file to begin the download and installation.
- The patches listed below are for the original World of Warcraft and all expansions (unless stated otherwise) in English (US/AUS).
- Changes contained within these patches can be found on the Patch Notes page.
- To identify which version you currently have installed, start the game and look on the lower left hand corner of the login screen for the version number.
- If you experience problems with the Blizzard Downloader, we recommended visiting the Blizzard Downloader Troubleshooting page. Properly configuring the Blizzard Downloader will help you receive the newest patch immediately after release without having to wait for mirror sites to host it. In addition, patches are not always available from mirror sites. Some smaller patches may only be acquired through the Blizzard Downloader.
