If my inventory is full, will I still receive my item?
Please make sure you have room in your inventory before redeeming your in-game card code for your item, otherwise you may not receive the item.
If you have already redeemed your in-game card code and did not receive the item, please petition a GM in game for assistance. Information on contacting a GM can be found
here.
Can Blizzard Entertainment replace a lost/stolen/missing/damaged card?
While we cannot replace these cards, we suggest you contact the Upper Deck (UDE) Game Support Team directly for assistance.

Can Blizzard Entertainment provide me game hints and tips?
We are unable to provide hints or tips on deck building, card clarifications, previews of upcoming sets, etc.
