Web Form for you to fill out which collects most of the information necessary to quickly and efficiently provide you with a solution. Email support is also available at
wowtech@blizzard.com as an alternative to the web form. Mac users can contact our Mac specialists for support at
macsupport@blizzard.com.
- By Phone: 1-949-955-1382 to speak to a live representative 8AM to 8PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, except holidays. This form of support is offered at no cost to you from Blizzard Entertainment, though long-distance charges from your phone company may still apply. This same number also offers automated support for hours outside of standard operating times.
- By Forum: Our
Technical Support Forum is moderated by members of our Technical Support Department 8AM to 8PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, except holidays.
