Are your single player character's not appearing after Lord of Destruction is installed?

Connect to Battle.net to automatically update Diablo II: Lord of Destruction to the latest version or manually download and run the latest patch at http://www.blizzard.com/patches/.

For Macintosh users
If you use the standalone patch, decompress the file after it is downloaded, and read the "how to install.txt" file which is inside the update folder.
