Are you looking for CD, CD-Key or Manual replacement information?



If anything was missing when you purchased the product please return it to the place of purchase and ask to exchange it for an unopened copy.

Blizzard Entertainment can only assist with North American English versions of our games. For international version assistance contact your local distributor using the International Contact page.

- Warcraft: Orcs and Humans has been discontinued; we unfortunately no longer have replacement media available.
- Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness and Warcraft II: Beyond the Dark Portal can no longer be replaced with original CD's. Any replacements made will be with Warcraft II: Battle.net Edition, which includes both versions on one CD.

Damaged or broken CD:
You will need to mail in the damaged or broken disk(s), and a $10 US dollar money order (per game) to the P.O. box listed on the replacement packing form to cover shipping and handling costs. No personal check or cash will be accepted.

CD-Key missing or damaged:
You will need to mail in the CD case for the missing CD-Key to the P.O. box listed on the replacement packing form. If the CD case is also missing please send in the manual in its place (NOTE: Manual will not work for World of Warcraft replacement). A $10 US dollar money order (per game) is required to cover shipping and handling costs, no personal check or cash will be accepted.

Lost CD:
You will need to mail in any remaining CD(s) and the original case(s) to the P.O. box listed on the replacement packing form. A $10 US dollar money order (per game) is required to cover shipping and handling costs, no personal check or cash will be accepted.

Request for a new manual:
You will need to mail in a $10 US dollar money order (per manual needed) to cover shipping and handling costs, no personal check or cash will be accepted.


***For all replacements, Please use the Replacement Packing Form***

We suggest you use some form of tracking to make sure your mail gets to Blizzard Entertainment. If we do not receive your package we can not send the replacement.

If you feel that none of these options describe your situation you must call our technical support department at 1-949-955-1382 Monday through Friday from 8AM to 8PM Pacific Time. Please note that CD-Keys will not be given over the phone.

If it has been less than 90 days since you have purchased the game and you include a copy of the sales receipt showing the purchase date within 90 days, the $10 replacement fee for that game will be waived.
