The CD-Key you installed with is invalid or is intended for another product



Why am I getting this message?

- You may have used the incorrect CD-Key or you may have incorrectly entered a number or letter.
- 1. Uninstall and reinstall the game.
- 2. After entering the CD-Key double check all the numbers and letters before hitting ok.
- This may be a temporary issue, please try again between 15 minutes to 1 hour.
- If you continue to receive either of these messages you will need to mail in the jewel case so that we can verify ownership. Once we receive this we will send you a new CD-Key and disable the old one.

Mailing Information:
- We suggest you use some form of tracking to make sure your mail gets to Blizzard Entertainment. If we do not receive your package we can not send the replacement.
- For all exchange situations please fill out our Packing Form.
- A $10 US dollar money order is required for each CD-Key to cover processing costs; no personal check or cash will be accepted. If it has been less than 90 days since you have purchased the game and you include a copy of the sales receipt showing the purchase date within 90 days, the $10 fee will be waived.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and return shipping.
