The CD-Key is missing or unreadable
To verify ownership, you will need to mail in your CD case. If you do not have your CD case, then you will need to mail in your manual in place of the case. If you have the manual or the CD case, then you DO NOT need to send us the CD. If you do not have the CD case or manual, then the CD itself can be sent in. In this case please package the CD carefully, we are not responsible for any damage occurring from mailing the CD to us.
Mailing Information:
- We suggest you use some form of tracking to make sure your mail gets to Blizzard Entertainment. If we do not receive your package we can not send the replacement.
- For all exchange situations please fill out our
Packing Form.
- A $10 US dollar money order is required for each CD-Key to cover processing costs; no personal check or cash will be accepted. If it has been less than 90 days since you have purchased the game and you include a copy of the sales receipt showing the purchase date within 90 days, the $10 fee will be waived.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and return shipping.
