The Billing and Account Services website provides answers to some of the most commonly asked questions. If you are unable to find the answer to your questions follow up with the support team by the methods below.

Blizzard Support provides a Web Form for you to fill out which collects most of the information Billing and Account Services will need to be able to quickly and efficiently provide you with a solution.
Email support is also available at billing@blizzard.com as an alternative to the web form.

Our North American team will be unable to assist with billing and account issues for individuals outside of the supported areas. The supported regions for the North American release of World of Warcraft are the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau, Mexico, Chile, and Argentina. For assistance please contact your regional support team.
